Hotel Policies & Important Information

Arrival and Check-in

Please inform Hotel PAJA Ksamil in advance of your expected arrival time. You may provide your estimated arrival time through the Special Requests box when making your reservation or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Guests are required to present a valid photo identification document upon check-in. The property may also require the credit card used for the reservation to be presented for verification.
Guests under the age of 18 may only check in when accompanied by a parent or official legal guardian.

Payment and Prepayment

Full payment of the reservation amount is required before arrival. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card, according to the payment instructions provided by the property.
The property will contact you after your reservation to provide the necessary payment instructions.
If the required prepayment is not successfully received, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been successfully received.

Cancellation

All reservations are non-refundable.
The property will charge 100% of the total reservation amount at the time of reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed and payment has been received, the amount paid is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

Visitors and External Guests

For the safety, security, and privacy of all guests, external visitors who are not registered guests of the property are not permitted to enter or stay in guest rooms or apartments.
Only guests registered for the respective room or apartment may access and stay in that accommodation.
The property reserves the right to refuse access to unauthorized visitors and to take appropriate action in the event of a violation of this policy.

No-Smoking Policy

Hotel PAJA Ksamil is a completely non-smoking property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, apartments, bathrooms, and indoor areas of the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes/vapes.
Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, where available. Additional cleaning charges may apply if this policy is violated.

Towels and Bedding

The property provides bed linen and towels for use within the hotel only.
Beach towels are not provided by the property. Hotel towels must not be taken to the beach, pool, or any other location outside the property.
Taking hotel towels outside the property, including to the beach, will result in a €30 charge per towel.

Laundry Services

The property does not provide laundry, washing, drying, or ironing services for guests' personal clothing or belongings.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own laundry services if required.

Special Requests

All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request.
